• Boat Ride fees, Kayaking, Zip lining, Guide & Entrance/Entry Fees.
• Personal Expenses such as Laundry, telephone calls, tips. Liquor.
• Any other item not specified in “Cost Includes”.
• Additional sightseeing or usages of vehicle not mention in the itinerary.
• Any cost arising due to natural calamities like, landslides, road blocks etc (to be borne by the clients directly on the spot)
Terms & Condition
• Standard check-in time at the hotel is normally 2:00 pm and check-out is 11:00 am. An early check-in, or a late check-out is solely
based on the discretion of the hotel.
• A maximum of 3 adults are allowed in one room.The third occupant shall be provided a mattress/rollaway bed with extra charges
• The itinerary can be modified as per your requirement
• AC will not be functional anywhere in cool or hilly areas
• Please note and be informed that there will be no refund of money after the packages commences and if one cannot complete activity or getsicks enroute
Cancellation Policy
• 21 days prior to departure: 20% of the Package cost as Cancelation Penalty will be applicable for all bookings.
• 15 days prior to departure: 50% of the Package cost as Cancelation Penalty will be applicable for all bookings
• 10 days prior to departure: 80% of the Package cost as Cancelation Penalty will be applicable for all bookings.
• 07 days prior to departure: 100% of the Package cost as Cancelation Penalty will be applicable for all bookings.
Payment Policy
• 30% of the total package amount has to be done in advance to confirm the package. Bookings will not be processed without advance payment
• 40% of payment must be cleared at the time of arrival in Shillong
• 30% of Payment must be cleared one day before departure the state
